			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<blockquote><p>On Saturday at the Rock and Roll Hotel, <strong>Serge “Massama” Dogo</strong> and his band, the D,C,-based group <strong><a href="http://elikeh.net/">Elikeh</a></strong>, played their own take on Afropop, a style of African pop music played on electric instruments and inspired by Western pop and soul music.
